Heart Attack is 2014 Telugu romantic comedy drama written, directed and produced by Puri Jagannadh under Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies. The stars of Nithiin's movie, Adah Sharma in the lead role with Nicole Amy Madell in an extended cameo appearance and Vikramjeet Virk as the main Antagonist. Anoop Rubens composed the soundtrack for the film. The film was released on January 31, 2014 worldwide for a diverse review of critics, Heart Attack grossed INR 40 crore (US $ 6.0 million ) in 50 Days The film is dubbed in Hindi with the same name and released on YouTube by Goldmines Telefilms in 2016.

Plot
The film starts in Goa with Don Makrand Kamati's minions (Vikramjeet Virk) kidnapping a girl on the beach and turning her into a slave for sale after injecting drugs into her. When Madhusudhan (Devan) police officer arrested slaves and drugs, Makarand and his henchmen (Ajaz Khan) harass him while talking to the Media. They injure the honest Madhusudhan and make him a person who can not move. Thus their trade continues. The film then shifts to a time later a year where Varun (Nithiin) is shown hanging around local Spanish. Varun is a hippie type of vagabond that roams around the world. He lost his parents in his childhood when he was in America. By calling himself a free soul, he never believed in relationships and made a living by working at a part-time job he found on Craiglist and resting at night on the street with some kitchen utensils for cooking meals. Now he is in Spain and there he meets Hayathi (Adah Sharma), an Indian who comes to Spain to meet his friend Priya (Kesha Khambati).
To catch his attention, Varun pretended to suffer with a Heart Attack and then took his phone number but failed to find out his name. Hayathi came to Spain to convince the father of Priya ISKCON Ramana (Brahmanandam), a devoted Krishna devotee and one who has hatred for Love and Lover, to receive the marriage of Love from Priya and Haridas (Hari Das), an African musician. After a lot of chasing and seductive Varun asked Hayathi to give him a deep lips lock which he denied and slapped him. Thus he made the provision that if Varun made Ramana accept the marriage of lovers, Hayathi should kiss him. Varun won the challenge and accordingly, Hayathi had to kiss her. On a separate note, Varun also exposed the Makarand drug racquet. After fighting with Makarand Ammu (Ajay) and others in the arena, he locked his lips with Hayathi for over an hour. But the key of the lips also has the condition of Hayathi. When Varun asked for the condition, Hayathi put on a condition that Varun should never meet her at any cost because she is sad because she fell in love with Varun and she has no trust in the relationship.
Varun went to Romania where he met a girl Chitrangada (Nicole Amy Madell) who also had the same mindset. After spending quality time with him, Varun realized that he was in love with Hayathi. After getting strong moral support from Chitrangada, Varun desperately goes to Priya's house where he finds a slip where it is written that Hayathi is in Goa. When he reached Goa, with the help of a fan of Rajinikanth (Ali), a mobile food sales merchant, Varun tracked down Hayathi and when he met him, he faced a strong rejection from Hayati that his time was up. Varun desperately tries to talk to him, but Makarand, Ammu and his men come and intervene to say that Hayathi is the future wife of Makarand. Actually Hayati is Madhusudhan's daughter and to meet her father's medical expenses, Hayathi receives a marriage with Makarand without knowing the fact that Makarand is the reason for his father's hospital. Varun kills Ammu and talks to Makarand when he finds out about this and slaps Hayathi and asks his reason to part with him and hide the facts. He replied that his problem would damage the happiness of Varun he enjoyed as a free spirit.
Varun needed 5 million rupees and he met Prakash Raj (Prakash Raj), an influential person who offered Varun an amount of INR 20 million rupees and asked him to save his daughter who was kidnapped by Makarand as part of his slave trade. Varun entered Makarand's nest where he saw that Hayathi would also be part of Makarand's trade and had medicines injected into his body. While Varun fought with Makarand and his men, he was also injected with drug injections and before losing consciousness, Varun cut Macarand's throat with a knife and killed him. Madhusudhan recovered from his injuries, Prakash Raj was happy with his daughter reaching him safely and the movie ended with Varun and Hayathi reconciling and planning their honeymoon after receiving travel tickets and money from Prakash Raj.

The Times of India gives a review stating "Cinematography and music is what makes it look so much better than it really is.... Bangalore Mirror gave a review stating "If you watch this movie, then you can be sure you do not get a heart attack even though you might be at risk of headaches.We really wondered if it was the same as Puri Jagannadh come up with a movie like Heart Attack.Let's the story, there's almost no comedy even though Ali tries his regular comedy strip, a punch dialog that even seems to have gone to throw. Soundtrack
The soundtrack of this movie is composed by Anup Rubens. The lyrics for all songs are written by Bhaskarabhatla. Audio CDs are released to the market via Sangeet Castle. The audio launch of the film which was held in Bangkok on January 9, 2014. One of thuhi song hai thuhi song got the best song award. All songs are well received by critics and audience.
