Mladen Mihajlovi? (Cyrillic Serbia: ?????? ?????????? ; born January 11, 1985) is a Serbian strength and conditioning coach and former basketball player.

Mihajlovi? started his basketball career playing with youth teams from Torlak and OKK Beograd. Then he moved to the Partizan junior team. He holds a bachelor's degree in sports science from the University of Belgrade in 2011.

Mihajlovi? is a power trainer and a conditioner for Spartak Moscow (Russia) young women team and the women team of TÃƒÆ'Ã‚ Â¢ rgovi? te (Romania), as well as for the domestic team of Crvena zvezda and Radni? ki Kragujevac.

From 2012 to 2014, Mihajlovi? is a member of the coaching staff for the national selection of Serb youth led by head coach Dejan Mijatovi. In 2012, he works with teams under 18, in 2013 with teams under 19 and during 2014 he works with the Serbian U-20 team.

In summer 2015, Mihajlovi? becoming a strength and conditioning coach for the senior national team of Serbian men. He is a member of the coaching staff at EuroBasket 2015 and the 2016 Summer Olympics.

In January 2016, he joined the coach staff of Partizan while Aleksandar D? Iki? is the head coach. After Serbia coach Aleksandar? Or? Evi? has been head coach for Bayern Munich, Mihajlovi? join their coaching staff as strength and conditioning trainers.
